The work performed under this contract will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to Repair Holbrook HVAC, B7320 at Keesler AFB, MS as specified in the Statement of Work, Specifications, and as shown in the drawings.

This acquisition will be conducted as a Small Business set aside, utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Procedures. Interested Small Business sources may submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220. The size standard is $19.0 Million. The Product Services Code (PSC) is N041. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The Solicitation Package, Specifications, and Drawings (if applicable), will tentatively be posted on the Contract Opportunities Website: https://www.sam.gov on/or around 24 March 2026 with a tentative closing date of 24 April 2026. The contract performance period will be 270 days after receiving the award.
