MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE ORTHO VISION ANALYZER BLOOD GROUPING SYSTEM AT BRIAN D. ALLGOOD ARMY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL (BDAACH), REPUBLIC OF KOREA

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – Pacific intends to issue a sole source solicitation for a non-personal service contract for on-site maintenance and repair services for the Government-owned Ortho Vision Analyzer Blood Grouping System at Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital, Camp Humphreys, South Korea. Services to include all labor, travel, tools, hardware, firmware, materials, supplies, parts and test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment (TMDE) in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications.

The anticipated period of performance consists of a base period plus four option periods with performance commencing in October 2025. FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, is applicable to this prospective contract.

The proposed acquisition will be sole sourced to Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics Singapore Pte. Ltd. Korea Branch, a branch of Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics as they are the only authorized service provider for Ortho Vision Analyzer Blood Grouping Systems in South Korea. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
