MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR, REPLACEMENT PARTS, AND SOFTWARE UPGRADES/UPDATES FOR THE OMNICELL SUPPLY SYSTEMS LOCATED AT THE WOMACK ARMY MEDICAL CENTER (WAMC), FORT BRAGG, NORTH CAROLINA

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity Healthcare Contracting Division – West, intends to award a sole source contract to OMNICELL, Inc. to provide maintenance, repair, replacement parts, and software upgrades/updates for the Omnicell Supply Systems located at the Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, North Carolina.  This requirement is for a period of performance from 01 Sep 2026 through 31 Aug 2027 (base) and per FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services, a six (6) month extension from 01 Sep 2027 - 28 Feb 2028 is included.  The contractor shall be required to provide maintenance and repair services for Government owned OMNICELL Processing Equipment, to include all labor, parts, material and travel, to repair and/or maintain the Government owned equipment in a fully functional condition in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications.
