    The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity – Healthcare Contracting Division - South intends to award a sole source requirement for the Rees Scientific Temperature and Environmental Monitoring System maintenance and service plan to Rees Scientific Corporation (Cage Code 04DK0). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the vendor’s ability to service and maintain the Rees Scientific Monitoring System, including access to proprietary software, tools, and qualified personnel. If no affirmative written responses are received by 4:00 P.M. (CST) on 8 April 2026, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
