Acquisition Strategy: The Government intends to solicit this requirement competitively. This synopsis is being published to identify potential sources that can satisfy the Government's requirement. Interested parties who believe they can provide the specified Services are encouraged to respond to this notice by the date and time specified above. A formal solicitation is anticipated to be posted to www.SAM.gov. The attached Draft Performance Work Statement are provided for informational and planning purposes and are subject to change.
