The proposed performance is a 12-month base period plus four (4) 12-month option periods and a start date on or around 29 JULY 2026. A site visit is scheduled for TBD CET. The site visit information is to be found in the attached Solicitation. Place of Performance will be in Wiesbaden, Germany. Contractors performing services in the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) shall comply with German law. The Contractor shall determine whether performance requires registration with German authorities or authorization to do business in Germany and, if so, shall comply with all requirements. Whether or not registration or authorization to do business is required, the Contractor shall determine what documents or authorization its employees and any subcontractor employees must possess to work in Germany. The Contractor shall ensure affirmatively that its employees and subcontractor employees possess such documents or authorizations. See section 1.24 of the PWS for additional information. The Solicitation, questions received, and any amendments will be posted on SAM.gov.
