MAIZE WINTER NURSERY IN CHILE

This Request for Quote (RFQ) - Solicitation No. 1232SA25Q0933 is to provide a Maize Winter Nursery in Chile in accordance with the Requirements provided in the “Attachments/Links” section.

The associated NAICS is 111150 (“Corn Farming”) with a small business size standard of under $2.5 Million. The applicable PSC is F009 (“Natural Resources/Conservation- Seed Collection/Production”).  This solicitation is issued as Unrestricted.

It is the Government’s intent to make a single firm-fixed price award.

Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Angela Wingert at angela.wingert@usda.gov with the solicitation number – 1232SA25Q0933 – and the title - Maize Winter Nursery in Chile  - in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email.

Questions are due by 12:00 PM – EASTERN - on Friday, September 19, 2025. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation.

A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be included with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details.
