MARATHON 135KW ABS MARINE GENERATOR SETS

THIS IS A FIRM FIXED PRICE SUPPLY TYPE CONTRACT 

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) is negotiating on a Brand Name basis for MARATHON 135KW ABS MARINE GENERATOR SETS in accordance with solicitation specifications.

The posting date of the solicitation is 7/24/2025 with a closing date on 8/4/2025. Complete description in attached solicitation posted. This requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 Procedures. To be negotiated on a Brand Name basis to Marathon Generators per FAR 6.302.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. Prospective offerors should register themselves on the SAM website.
