This Sources Sought announcement is for market research purposes only and should not be construed as a solicitation. There is no entitlement to payment by the Government of direct or indirect costs or charges that arise as a result of the submission of information in response to this request for information (RFI). The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified proprietary information. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with the applicable Government regulations.

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Savannah District is considering the solicitation and subsequent award of a Laboratory Testing Requirement with certified laboratories for Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.

This requirement is for environmental laboratory testing with NAICS code 541380. The Government intents to issue a solicitiaton, in the future, as a partial small business set-aside. Please see attached laboratory testing requirements. Also attached is a list of analytes and testing standards. Please mark those items you are able to provide and send the matix back to David Jimenez at david.a.jimenez@usace.army.mil.
