Amendment 0003: Add separate SLINs for Grey Water Tank Servicing, SLIN0004AC and SLIN0004AD, to PWS, RFQ, and Task Order Worksheet. Add 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors, as Incorparte by Reference (IBR) clause. Extend due date to 24 July 2026 at 1p.m. Amendment 0004: Correct verbiage in section 1.3, Ordering Period, of PWS to match actual base year plus option periods.
