MDARNG - 244TH JUNE ANNUAL TRAINING CATERING MEALS AT CFMR

The Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG), 244th Engineer Company requires a Catering Service contract to provide meals during their annual training from 6-19 June 2025 at Camp Frettered, 5401 Rue Saint Lo Drive, Reisterstown RD, MD 21136

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement utilizing a small business set aside. However, the Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Evaluation Criteria

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror, conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Appliable to the PWS and Price
a) Price: Pricing shall be complete. The Unit Price, Amount, and Net Amount shall be completed for every item/CLIN.

The Government intends to evaluate offers and make award without discussion; however, this does not preclude the Government from having discussions if it is in the best interest of the Government to do so.

The Offeror is required to have a current and active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) website, https://sam.gov at the time the proposal is submitted and not in a “pending” status, as well as no exclusions.
