THERE WILL NOT BE A SITE VISIT FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL QUESTIONS FOR THIS REQUIREMENT WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED TO ME BY TOMORROW AUGUST 28, 2025.

The Government has a requirement for Mechanicsburg Flooring. Please see all attached documents and answer them fully.

Please be aware that the language for providing a proposal is found in the soliciation clause 52.212-1 bottom of the clause.

Questions are due to the Government POC ronald.e.witt4.civ@mail.mil no later than 28 August 2025 2:00PM Central Time.

The Government should have all questions addressed three (3) business days after questions and back to all contractors in SAM.gov. If it takes longer, the Government will extend the solicitation due date.

All proposals are due to the Government via email ronald.e.witt4.civ@mail.mil by 12 September 2025 2:00PM Central Time.

Please be aware that the Government shall not accept partial proposals. In addition, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE THEIR PROPOSAL AMOUNTS ON ATTACHMENT 2, CLIN PRICING SHEET.

If the contractor wants to provide, pricing in addition to the requested excel sheet, they may but it has to at least be captured on ATTACHMENT 2, CLIN PRICING SHEET.

Last the contractor shall have at least the NAICS 333415 in their CAGE code through SAM.gov in order to provide a proposal.
