MEDICAL GAS PRODUCT AND REFILL SERVICES

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility in Crownpoint, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Airgas LLC to provide medical gas products and refill services for Crownpoint Healthcare Facility.

The period of performance will consist of a base year, plus two, one-year option periods.

Base Year:                           07/01/2026 to 06/30/2027

Option Year One:             07/01/2027 to 06/30/2028

Option Year Two:             07/01/2028 to 06/30/2029

The award will be a single source procurement awarded to Airgas LLC in accordance with RFO-FAR 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem that only one source is reasonably available based on licensing agreements and warranty coverage on specialized medical equipment.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Airgas LLC may submit a capability statement via email to Arlynda Largo, Purchasing Agent, at Arlynda.largo@ihs.gov by 8:00 AM MT on Tuesday June 17, 2026.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
