    • Authorized Reseller: Offerors must be authorized resellers of Mercury Marine products and shall provide supporting documentation as proof of authorization at the time of proposal submission.
    • Offerors are reminded to submit form 52.212-3 “Offerors Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items”; and a completed item table signed below, or a complete detailed, signed offer. Local guarantee and serviceable. 
    • New equipment/items ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. Items must be in original packaging, never used
    • The resulting order will be performed in the Republic of Panama.  Bidders must comply with all local regulations, including quality standards for all products as per DOSAR 652.242-73 – Authorization and Performance. If unsure, bidders are required to clarify if a particular origin is acceptable or not.
    • This Request for Quotation (RFQ) does not commit the U.S. Government to make any award, and the U.S. Government may cancel this RFQ or any part of it.
    • Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
