    NSWCPD has a requirement for Metalwork Assembly Components associated with Unit 8, 13, and 14 of the Towed Communications Buoy.  The drawings associated with this requirement have a distribution D CUI statement.  To view the RFQ and drawings, a JCP Certification must be submitted.  Please send your company's JCP Certification to zachary.f.mccurry.civ@us.navy.mil.  This requirement is currently being solicited as a total small business set aside.  This pre-solicitation notice closes on 01/26/2026.  The RFQ and drawings will be issued after the closing of the pre-solicitation notice.
