    The requirement is for Brand Name Meyer Sound self-powered, wide range coverage,(line array) loudspeakers with rigging hardware and accessories in accordance with the Statement of Need. The sound systems shall directly integrate with existing Meyer Sound equipment, which the Band of the Golden West currently maintains. Several times a year the Band of the Golden West raises the speaker systems up in the air via crank up lifts or with chain motors rigged to the ceiling structure of the building, so the sound systems shall be scalable so that more speakers may be added to a flown array and increase system output for larger audiences. In order to do that, each speaker manufacturer shall provide a rigging system that allows their speakers to rig to each other in accordance with OSHA standards so that optimum safety can be maintained. The rigging integration for the speakers shall be compatible with the captive GuideALink system and directly adaptable to Meyer Sound rigging options.
