    Background & Objective:

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) requires a reliable method to trace individual microcircuits to their original vendor to mitigate counterfeit risks, specifically once devices are removed from unit packaging.

    1. Company Profile (Address, Business Size, CAGE, POC)
    2. Five-year cost estimate
    3. Recommendations to improve the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW)
    4. Technical approach for accomplishing the draft SOW
    5. Strategies to mitigate counterfeited parts and materials
    6. Proposed performance metrics and deliverables
    7. Narrative detailing how your firm identifies part/material origin
