    Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Consulate General of the United States in Istanbul, Türkiye will publicize the solicitation on SAM,gov website when it is available.  

    The Consulate General of the United States in Istanbul requires brand-new one (1) mid-size sport utility vehicle (SUV)). The vehicle must be left-hand drive (LHD), automatic transmission, 7-seater, equipped with a gasoline or diesel-powered engine and compliant with EU6 emissions standards or better. While a hybrid engine is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement. The vehicle must be built and homologated to European standards for use in Türkiye.

    This procurement will be conducted under full and open competition procedures as set forth in FAR Part 13 or 15, depending on the final value of the award.

    All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Please be aware that the response date in this synopsis is not final; see the RFQ for the actual deadline. 

    The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable, and responsible offeror. Award may be made based on initial offers without discussions. 

    A pre-quotation conference is not planned for this solicitation.

    In accordance with FAR provision 52.207, all contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register before submitting quotations or proposals. Registration guidelines are available at https://www.fsd.gov/gsafsd_sp.
