Description:

The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support has a requirement for the supply of Midazolam Injection CIV, 10mg/0.7mL Auto-injector. The Midazolam Auto-injector shall be made in accordance with MPID Number 1 dated January 31, 2025, which is attached to this notice.

The Solicitation will be issued under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source.

The Government intends to use Part 12 for this acquisition – per FAR 10.002(d)(2).

The proposed contract will be a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract.  The contract will consist of a base year and four (4) one-year options.  The minimum quantity for each term is 135,000 each. The annual estimated quantity for each term is 234,240 each. The maximum quantity for each term is 732,480 each.

The successful contractor shall have FDA approval to sell Midazolam Injection CIV, 10mg/0.7mL Auto-injector prior to solicitation closing date.
