MINOT AFB EMERGENCY DISPATCH CONSOLES

The 5th Security Forces Squadron at Minot AFB has a requirement for the design, delivery, and installation of two (2) Law Enforcement Desk (LED) Dispatch Consoles and two (2) Fire and Emergency Services (F&ES) dispatch consoles in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; submissions are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Public Notice 20250718, and Air Force Federal Acquisition Circular 10/16/2024. This is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Small Business Size Standard associated with NAICS 337214 is 1,100 employees. The Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) apply to this contract. See attached Wage Determinations.

Quotes must include design, specifications for offered products, and pricing for contract line items (CLINs) as follows:

CLIN 0001: LED Dispatch Consoles – Qty: 2 EA

CLIN 0002: 60x60 F&ES Console – Qty: 1 EA

CLIN 0003: 72x72 F&ES Console – Qty: 1 EA

CLIN 0004: Installation

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
