THIS IS A FIRM FIXED PRICE SUPPLY TYPE CONTRACT NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound will be soliciting for MISCELLANEOUS STEEL PARTS FOR BOW RAMP REPAIR in accordance with solicitation specifications. This acquisition will be a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE firm fixed price supply type contract. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 12/02/2025 with a closing date on or about 12/05/2025. Requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Terms will be FOB: ORIGIN BY FACT-SP (NOLSC): to U.S. NAVAL BASE DET SASEBO JAPAN This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the SAM.gov website: https://sam.gov/content/home. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments.
