MISSILE ASSEMBLY DISASSEMBLY FACILITY (MADF)

The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers has scheduled an organized site visit for the PATRIOT Missile Assembly/Disassembly Facility (MADF), Camp Subhan, Kuwait.

Date and Time: The site visit will be held on 1 October 2025, at 0800 hours (8:00 AM) local Kuwait time.

Visitor Requirements & Submission Details: To facilitate base access, prospective bidders must submit the following information for each visitor attending the site visit to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) email addresses listed below no later than 09 September 2025, at 1600 hours (4:00 PM) Arabian Standard Time (GMT+3). Please use the specified subject line.

Required Information (per visitor):

• Company Name
• Full Name
• Contact Information (email address and cell phone number)
• Copy of Passport and Visa (for non-Kuwaiti residents) or valid Kuwaiti Civil ID (for Kuwaiti residents)
• Vehicle Registration and Valid Driver’s License (for vehicular access)

Contractors who have previously submitted this information for personnel attending prior meetings should confirm attendance. Any changes in personnel require resubmission of the complete information package. All documents must be compiled into a single, organized PDF document, listed in the order above.

Important Considerations:

• USACE will submit provided credentials to the Government of Kuwait for review and approval. Compliance with Host Nation base pass and access procedures is the sole responsibility of the Contractor. Camp Subhan may impose additional security controls and restrictions based on nationality from countries of concern. USACE is not responsible for Host Nation policies regarding nationality restrictions or designated countries of concern.

• Per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.236-27, Site Visit, attendance is limited to two (2) company representatives. USACE reserves the right to limit attendance to one representative per company if circumstances require and will notify all companies at least 24 hours in advance of any such change.

• The site visit will be conducted in English.

• The use of phones and cameras is prohibited during the site visit.

• Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation from the base gate to the project location.

Non-Compliance: Failure to submit required visitor information by the specified deadline will preclude access to the site. Attendees should allow sufficient time for security screening at the base entrance.

Transportation will not be provided from the gate to the project location, so attendees will need to arrange on base transportation. Photography while on base will not be permitted.
