    AMENDMENT 01: The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the submission response due date to 14 April 2025 at 12:00 Central Standard Time, provide the revised Synopsis (see Attachment W912DY25R0011 MDAE 5 400M Synopsis _AMEND01), and the Government?s responses to the ProjNet questions received (see Attachment 3 ? ProjNet_QnA_ MDAE 5.0). All changes are identified in bold red added text and strikethrough deleted text. However, it is the Firms responsibility to review the entire amendment to identify all changes. The objective of this Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) is to provide the full spectrum of facility engineering and architectural services exclusively in support of the Ballistic Missile Defense System Mandatory Center of Expertise (MD-CX), U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville and its customers. This acquisition is being procured in accordance with (IAW) the 40 United States Code (U.S.C) Chapter 1101 et seq, ?Selection of Architects and Engineers? statute (formerly known as the Brooks Act) as implemented per the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.6, Defense Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) 236.6 and Army Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS) 5136.6; the USACE Acquisition Instructions (UAI); and Engineering Pamphlet (EP) 715-1-7, ?Architect-Engineer Contracting in USACE?.
