    Description

    Sources Sought is being revised to update the PSC Code to C1BF - Architect and Engineering - Construction: Missile System Facilities and to extend the closing date to February 15, 2024.  The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville (CEHNC) is seeking capability statements from firms interested in proposing on an Indefinite Delivery (IDC) type service contract for Architect-Engineer (AE) design services in support of the DoD’s Missile Defense Architect-Engineer (MD AE).  Support is primarily provided to U.S. Army customers but may also be used to support U.S. Air Force and other DoD components on an as-needed basis.  Any contracts awarded are being procured in accordance with (IAW) the Selection of Architects and Engineers, as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 36.6 and Engineering Pamphlet (EP) 715-1-7.  CEHNC anticipates awarding an MD AE IDC, with a 36-month base period and two 24-month options for a total ordering period of 7-years. The estimated procurement value is $400M. CEHNC anticipates award of up to six AE IDCs to include both small and large firms; however, reserves the right to award more, less, or none at all.
