The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Contracts Department, Code 02 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Supply contract to provide MK 70 Ballast Kits which are critical to the GQM-163A Coyote target. The contract will consist of a Base Year and four (4) 12-month options, to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The Government will require the following: The Contractor shall fabricate, inspect, test, and deliver the Ballast Kits in accordance with the requirements of the drawings and PWS. A single (1) kit shall consist of the components in Table 1.0. Contractor shall number booster part kits consecutively starting at K1000 and increasing incrementally by 1 for each subsequent kit. Award is expected to be made in the 1st Quarter of FY25, with deliveries and quantities specified in Table 2.0. Place of performance is at contractor site. Delivery destination is: RECEIVING OFFICER BLDG 116, 4522 MCMAHON RD, SUITE 100, Indian Head, MD 20640-5035. Please direct any questions or concerns to Diane Hicks at diane.d.hicks.civ@us.navy.mil . This will be a competitive procurement. NAICS Code (336415); FSC Code 2845. The proposed contract action will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Supply type contract. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM) database via the website https://sam.gov/content/home with a projected release of FY24 Quarter 3. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT ONLY. Paper copies of the solicitation and amendment(s) will not be provided. Offeror(s) are required to complete their registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database via the website https://sam.gov/content/home. Failure to register in SAM makes an offeror ineligible for award of DoD contracts. All interested sources shall provide the organization name, address, point of contact, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business size, taxpayer identification number, DUNS number, and CAGE Code. In addition, all interested sources shall provide a summary of their companys capabilities.
