The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following: Complete (must be signed) Page 2-3 of RFQ Fully Completed CLIN Schedule Documentation certifying adherence to Mobile Breathing Air Compressor System Trailer Salient Characteristics. An amendment will be issued with answering all questions received. Deadline for receipt of offers: 26 September 2025, 3:00 p.m. (CST). Evaluation of Offers: The evaluation for this acquisition will be solely based on best value to the Government with no ranking to include technical acceptability, price, past performance, and delivery date. Offerors must submit sufficient descriptive data to validate each item proposed meets the salient characteristics in the attachment provided. Offerors MUST have the correct socio-economic set-aside under the aforementioned NAICS to be considered for award. By signing its offer, the offeror certifies that each price stated on each CLIN includes an appropriate apportionment of all costs, direct and indirect, all state and local taxes, overhead, and profit.
