The mobile Giant Voice system or Public Announcement system is used to provide installations mass notifications for emergencies, as well as deliver military customs and courtesies through Reveille, Retreat, and Taps. Products needed to be properly utilized is 1 control unit that is able to control the 3 stanchions that contain speakers, which will emit the tones or messages that are prerecorded. For these messages we need to be able to edit as needed as the situation changes while in theatre. The stanchions need to be mobile, capable of being towed by trucks, humvees, or other military vehicles, raised up and down hydraulically and powered by solar panels.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not
be issued. The Government intends to place a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date and prior to any
contract award. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an
offeror for any costs.
