Services are needed to deliver comprehensive support for conventional ordnance to all units under Commander, Naval Air Forces (COMNAVAIRFORCES), which include providing Intermediate-Level (I-level) training and logistics, managing weapons life cycles, and administering qualification and certification programs. This will be a Mobile Ordnance Training Team (MOTT) that consists of two teams: one physically located in San Diego, CA providing support to the Pacific Fleet (PACFLEET) commands, and another to be in Norfolk, VA providing support to the Atlantic Fleet (LANTFLEET) commands. The deadline for submitting questions is 28 April 2026 at 5:00 PM, Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). Furthermore, proposals must be received by the Government no later than 11 May 2026 at 9:00 AM PDT.
