SOLICITATION NOTICE - The government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Priced contract for a Mobile Sterile Processing Unit Trailer Lease for the Sterile Processing Department (SPD) at Winn Army Community Hospital (WACH) at Fort Stewart, GA, 31314. This is a non-personal service contract under which the personnel rendering the services are not subject, either by the contract's terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the government and its employees. The United States (U.S.) Government shall not exercise supervision or control over the contractor's employees performing the tasks herein. Such contract employees shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn shall be responsible to the U.S. Government. Offerors shall conform to the requirements of the Solicitation including the Performance Work Statement (PWS), FAR Provision 52.212-1 (Including Addendum 52.212-1, and FAR Provision 52.212-2 (Including Addendum 52.212-2). Solicitation will close at the time specified within the SAM Posting and solicitation. See Addendum to FAR Provision 52.212-1 for Questions and Answer Period.
