MOBILE X-RAY BAGGAGE SCANNERS

This requirement is to proviede mobile X-ray baggage scanners to 17 Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS). Offerors are advised to read the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) and Statement of Work (SOW) carefully.The Adendum to 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors starting on page 27 details exact quote submittal instructions offerors must follow in order for their quote to be considered responsive. The SOW details the technical specifications scanners shall adhere to. 

Offerors shall ensure all of the following required documents and certifications are included with their quote. Failure to include the required documents and certifications will render your quote non-responsive and ineligble for award: 

a). FAR 52.212-3 (DEVIATION 2025-O0003 and 2025-O0004): The Government will accept a notice from the offeror that Reps & Certs are current, accurate, complete, and applicable to this solicitation in lieu of completing FAR 52.212-3 if Reps & Certs have been updated and posted to SAM.gov within 12-months from the date the quote was submitted.

b). FAR 52.223-3: The offeror must list any hazardous material, as defined in paragraph (a) of this clause, to be delivered under this contract. The hazardous material shall be properly identified and include any applicable identification number, such as National Stock Number or Special Item Number. This information shall also be included on the Material Safety Data Sheet submitted under this contract. If no hazardous material is to be delivered, the offeror shall list NONE. This fill in information may be submitted in any format the offeror chooses as long as the quote clearly lists all hazardous materials to be delivered under this effort or NONE if no hazardous materials are to be delivered.

c). Offerors must submit the make, model, and technical specifications of the X-Ray scanners they are proposing in their quote. This information will be used to determine compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
