The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) intends to award multiple Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts for modernization, repair, and related building improvement services at the Frances Perkins Building (FPB) located in Washington, DC. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 236220. The small business size standard is $45 Million. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.
The objective of this acquisition is to establish a Multiple Award ID/IQ vehicle that will provide DOL with a flexible and efficient means of issuing orders for a broad range of modernization requirements in support of the Department's mission and ongoing facility improvement initiatives. Services may include, but are not limited to, interior upgrades, office reconfigurations, conference room enhancements, accessibility upgrades, structural modifications, architectural improvements, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) upgrades, and other related services necessary to modernize the FPB.
