The required items are for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR subpart 12.6 and FAR part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, APS Pressure Systems, LLC, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(B)(1). This requirement involves information that is proprietary in nature and the OEM authorized representative is the only representative in the United States capable of providing the necessary oversight. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 811310. The small business size standard is 12,500,000. The Product Service Code is J043. The anticipated Period of Performance for this contracting effort is to begin June 6, 2025, through September 6, 2025. The solicitation and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. THE SOLICITATION IS NOT YET AVAILABLE: however, it is expected to be available on or about 30 May 2025. Once available, the solicitation will be posted to this site: https://sam.gov under the solicitation number N4215825QS053. Potential vendors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at the above website. This office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. Once the solicitation is available, any vendor submitting a quote will be self-certifying that neither the principal corporate officials nor owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quotation. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to conduct verbal or written discussions with respect to other than price with vendors at any time prior to award. By submission of a quotation, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award. Vendors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by visiting https://www.sam.gov.
