THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment to perform cleaning and structural remediation for mold damage in the Colebrook River Lake office, per IICRC S520 standards, to include six areas less than 200sqft each (one main office room, one locker room, one hallway, one utility room, one bathroom and one section of garage ceiling (4x8’)), using full negative air pressure containment, air fan/scrubber with HEPA filtration. Contractor is responsible for verifying all measurements. Contractor shall perform treatment and encapsulation, as well as cleaning and installation of new building materials upon completion. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, state and local building codes.
This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 562910 with a Small Business Size Standard of $25 Million.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
