MOODLE LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS) MODERNIZATION

AMENDMENT 1 to the RFI - UPDATE:  Posting the vendor questions with Government responses

Dear Offerors - Please review RFI - AMENDMENT 1 which responds to vendor questions concerning this requirement.  Thank you for your interest.  RFI response date for interested business opportunities is being extended to 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Friday, July 10, 2026.

The Government is conducting market research to assess industry capabilities for the modernization of its Moodle Learning Management System (LMS). The Agency seeks to explore solutions that will advance the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of its learning environment while supporting evolving mission requirements. Areas of interest include system modernization, enhanced learner and administrator experiences, improved analytics and reporting, integration with enterprise applications, cybersecurity enhancements, automation, and emerging learning technologies.

Through this Request for Information (RFI), the Government seeks to better understand industry capabilities and approaches for modernizing the LMS to support current and future workforce learning requirements, improve training delivery and management, and maximize the value of the Agency's digital learning ecosystem.

The information gathered through this RFI will assist the Government in understanding available market solutions and developing an acquisition strategy for a potential and future LMS modernization effort.
