Sources Sought Notice

1.0 Description

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is conducting market research to identify potential capable sources. The specific requirements, including technical specifications, materials, and performance characteristics, are detailed in the attached specification sheet.

2.0 Information Requested

Interested parties are requested to submit a capability statement that addresses the following:

1. Company Information:
   • Company Name
   • Company Address
   • CAGE Code
   • Point of Contact (Name, Title, Phone Number, and Email Address)
2. Business Status:
   • Please provide your company's business size and any socioeconomic classifications (e.g., Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, HUBZone, Small Disadvantaged Business, Women-Owned Small Business).
3. Capability:
   • A brief description of your company's capability to provide the products listed in the specification sheet.
   • Describe your company's past performance in providing similar items to government or commercial customers. Please include contract numbers, and points of contact if available.
   • Information on whether the products are Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS), modified COTS, or non-commercial.
   • A summary of your company's standard commercial warranty for these types of products.
4. Market Information:
   • Information on typical lead times for the required products.
   • Any other relevant information that would assist the Government in this market research effort.
