MORALE, WELFARE, AND RECREATION (MWR) GLOBAL INTERNET CONNECT PROGRAM (ICP)

The Defense Information Services Agency is seeking information from potential 8(a) sources for acquisition and program management support, financial and budget analysis and auditing relating to the cafés, and business practices and process re-engineering for the MWR Global ICP. The MWR Global ICP, in accordance with MWR policies and procedures prescribed under Department of Defense (DoD) Instruction 1015.10, provides deployed service members with access to necessary infrastructure (i.e., facilities, equipment, and services) for commercial Internet connectivity via computer, telephone, or personally owned devices. The MWR IP PMO will support DISA Infrastructure Executive (IE) Transport Division with high-level briefings, process development and improvement, business cases, analysis of alternatives (AoA), program management plans (PMP), tracking and monitoring, metric development and calculations, and the scheduling of contractor meetings.
