MOTH+FLAME VR KIT

This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source SIBR Phase III award in accordance with 15 U.S. Code § 638 (r)(4)(B). The award will be a firm-fixed price contract to Moth+Flame Inc for virtual reality headsets as they are the only responsible source to satisfy the agency’s requirement.

This notice is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Governement not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Governement. Information recieved will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement for this scope of work is in the best interest of the Governement. Responses will not be considered as proposals, bids, or quotes.

Interested parties (at their own cost), must deliver their intent, capabilities and business size status (i.e. 8(a) Business Development small Business Certification, Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), Woman-Ownedd Small Business (WOSB), or Service-Diabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Small Business, Large Business, etc.) to satisfy the Governement's requirement to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist no later than 12:00PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on 9 August 2025.
