The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain sixteen (12) new motorcycles IAW with attached Sailent Characteristic list, consisting of an even split six (6) sport-style and six (6) cruiser-style models, to support the Joint Base Charleston Motorcycle Safety Training Program. All motorcycles must be new, with model years 2023–2025 acceptable, provided they are unused and unmodified.
