    The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for:

    MRC Operations and Maintenance Support Services, Laurel, MD.

    THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY.

    This synopsis / advanced notice is for commercial services in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.203.

    The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept offers as a result of this notice. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be issued after review. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov).

    This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 561210, Facilities Support Services and Product Service Code (PSC), M1EB – Operation of Maintenance Buildings. The Small Business Size Standard associated is $49.0M.

    The Government intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period, using best-value tradeoff source selection procedures in accordance with FAR 15.101-1.

    The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) is issuing this presolicitation notice to release the DRAFT solicitation package for MRC Operations and Maintenance Support Services, Laurel, MD.

    ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
