    The VA Palo Alto Health Care System is seeking to purchase Brand Name only. Iradimed MRidium 3860+ Non-Magnetic IV Infusion Pump.

    The basis for the evaluation shall be price alone. The offeror must provide a letter that they are an authorized distributor.

    The Services Contract Act applies. See Wage decision number SCA 2015-5641.

    Vendor is required to fill in Attachment VAAR 852.219-76 and return with their quote.

    Requirement is subject to the Buy American Act.
