    Description

    Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Contract for Multidiscipline Architect Engineer Services in support of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Norfolk Districts Army Ammunition Program.  Projects will be predominately assigned to Norfolk Districts Area of Responsibility (Radford, VA; Kingsport, TN), but may also be used in support of projects at other USACE supported ammunition plants (Independence, MO; Middleton, IA, Scranton, PA). Contract capacity may be shared with other Department of Defense Agencies or USACE Districts upon approval by the Contracting Officer and acceptance by the Contractor. This multiple award task order contract (MATOC) will support the Norfolk District Ammunition Program.  This procurement will result in a MATOC with a pool of approximately four (4) contract holders for multidiscipline A-E services. The IDIQ contract term for each awarded contract will be for a base ordering period of five (5) years with an optional 6-month extension of services. The total contract capacity will be shared among the pool of awarded contracts for the contract term and shall not exceed $240,000,000. The guaranteed minimum for each contractor for the contract term is $5,000.
