The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, located at 86515 Hwy 264 & St Michael Road, PO Box 9020, St. Michaels AZ 86511 has an upcoming requirement for a Multiple Award ID/IQ for Non-Personal Healthcare Respiratory Therapist Services for the following Navajo Area locations:
Gallup Service Unit
Gallup Indian Medical Center, Gallup, NM
Tohatchi Health Center, Tohatchi, NM
Shiprock Service Unit
Northern Navajo Medical Center, Shiprock, NM
Four Corners Regional Health Center, Teec Nos Pos, AZ
Dzilth-NA-O-Dith-Hle Health Center, Bloomfield, NM
Crownpoint Service Unit
Crownpoint Health Care Facility, Crownpoint, NM
The projected Period of Performance is:
Base period: 12 months from time of award, with Four 12-month option periods.
The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621399 Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners with a small business size standard of $10.0M.
The Request for Proposals using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services in conjunction with FAR 15 Contracting by Negotiation procedures will be issued on or by September 30, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability and approach in order to meet the government’s requirements as defined in the Performance Work Statement, Key Personnel, Capability to meet the Period of Performance Schedule, Past Performance on three (3) projects providing non-personal service contracts for Respiratory Therapist services within the past five (5) years, and price. The acquisition is 100% Indian-Owned Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set aside.
In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at www.SAM.gov in order to submit a proposal.
