INTRODUCTION: The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is conducting this Sources Sought to identify contractors who possess the capabilities to provide the services specified in the two distinct requirements listed below. It is highly preferred and strongly suggested that responding firms have a primary business location or established physical presence within the State of Maryland.
