FY24 Install a new ADA Drinking Fountain with Pet bowl at the Visitor Center.
The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement Stones River National Battlefield.
It is the intent of this contract is to furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, and materials to install one (1) LK4420DBEVG Elkay Outdoor Bi-level Pedestal Fountain with pet station non- filtered non-refrigerated drinking fountain in evergreen color at the Visitor center for Stones River National Battlefield at Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238220. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract.
