Quotations submitted by entities other than small business concerns will not be considered.The Government requires the manufacture and delivery of picture frames and certificate/photo mats in support of the NIWC Pacific Awards Program. To be considered eligible for award, offerors shall submit pricing for all required items and quantities identified in this solicitation. Quotations that fail to include pricing for all required items and quantities may be determined non-responsive and may be excluded from consideration for award. Anticipated Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) are identified in Attachment 3, Pricing Worksheet.
