NAF Car Wash Services – Beale AFB, CA
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through NAF (See attached).
The following Request for Quotes (RFQ) is being used for the procurement of car wash services. Refer to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and terms and conditions for more information. The Government intends to award a single Blanket Purchase Agreement for 5 years for car wash services IAW the PWS. The Contractor shall be qualified and capable to perform services for the items identified in the PWS. There is no minimum purchase agreement for this BPA and the Government is only obligated to the extent of authorized calls placed against the BPA (references attached BPA Terms and Conditions). Payment for these services will be made via NAF Purchase Card or Electronic Funds Transfer. The call limit for this BPA will be $50,000 with an overall BPA limit of $250,000 over 5 years. Price list will be updated annually.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is NAICS: 811192 – Car Washes. The Product Service Code is H9799 – Equipment Related Services – Quality Control. The Small Business Size Standard is $9.0 Million. Small Business determination and tax identification numbers shall be submitted with quotes.
This Request for Quote shall be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. Offerors may register at www.sam.gov. A Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number is required in order to register.
