NAF - GAFB ODR FRONT COUNTER REFRESH

Project Title: NAF - ODR Front Counter Refresh
Project Location: Goodfellow AFB Recreation Camp

Construct one (1) 11ft L x 30in W x 30in H counter, one (1) 11ft L x 18in W x 45in H customer shelf, one (1) 36in L x 30in W x 30in H customer shelf for ADA customer/employee, and one (1) 4' W swing gate at the end of counter IAW the Statement of Work.

- IAW DAFMAN 64-119, NAF Contracting Procedures, Small Business programs do not apply to NAF Contracting actions.  This acquisition will be full and open competition.

- The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238350

- The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000

- Verbal explanations given before award WILL NOT BE BINDING.  Any authorized changes will be made in writing by issuing amendment(s) to the solicitation. Offeror(s) shall acknowledge receipt of amendment(s) in block 19 of SF1442 or by returning a signed copy of the amendment(s) with their quote.

- This is a non-appropriated funds (NAF) purchase, and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the Unites States Government. Non-appropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs.  This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars.  IAW DAFMAN 64-119, NAF Contracting Procedures, Para 2.8 NAF Procurement Exemptions, Title 15 U.S.C. Section 631 et seq., also known as the Small Business Act, as amended, and Federal Acquisition Regulation guidance relative to small business along with other award-preference programs. NAF contracts are awarded to the firm whose proposal is most advantageous to the NAFI.
