Estimated Volume: Approximately 1,200,000 pounds annually
Disposal Requirement: Material must be recycled for material content only

KEY REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)

MANDATORY Pre-Bid Site Inspection Required (IFB Section 3.3)

Submission must include:
Appendix A – Site Verification & Bidder Certification
Appendix B – Bid Sheet & SF 114
Appendix C – Removal Execution Plan

Pricing is based on a percentage of a published market index

Certified weight tickets are required; contractor-owned scales are not permitted

Performance Guarantee of $60,000 required post-award

All amendments must be acknowledged

Failure to meet these requirements may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive

SITE ACCESS / SECURITY

NASA Marshall Space Flight Center is a secured Federal installation

Advance coordination is required for all site access

Visitor registration and approval are required prior to arrival

Access is restricted to U.S. citizens with valid identification

REAL ID requirements may apply

All inspection scheduling must be coordinated with the Government
