The Comptroller functions include but are not limited to: managing and administering Travel, Payroll, Vendor Pay, Funds Control, Tri-Annual Review (TAR), General Ledger, and Budget Execution. The Contractor shall assist the Comptroller by providing managerial, accounting, budgeting, analytical, reconciliation and administrative support services in support of NAVWAR HQ and its PEO programs and acquisitions. This amendment provides additional questions and answers as well as the sample scenarios.
