NAVWAR PEO MLB is holding an Industry Day for Navy Enterprise Resource Planning Plus (ERP+). No solicitation exists. This is not a request for a quote, request for proposal, request for a proof of concept, or an invitation to bid. This is not to be construed as a commitment by the US Government to form a binding contract or agreement. The Government is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Nothing presented during Industry Day commits the Navy to an acquisition approach, agreement, or contract. The Government will not reimburse or pay for attendance or responses provided regarding this RFI. The Government is hosting a hybrid (in-person / virtual) Industry Day to collaborate and discuss program requirements in preparation for the development of the ERP+ acquisition strategy. In- person participation for this event will be limited to two representatives per firm. Due to space constraints, participation may be further limited based on the number or RSVPs the Government receives. Initial market research indicates the majority of SAP ECC-based systems are migrating to SAP S/4, which is the only operable interface to SAP's HANA database cloud product. The majority of responses to our market research conducted in 2021 and 2022 advocated this approach. The Navy is considering a SAP Enterprise License approach to support the transition from ECC to S/4 to include Proof of Concept or development efforts for the 30+ new capabilities. Virtual attendance via Microsoft TEAMS. NOTE: BAH will support both planning and execution of the Industry Day, and BAH may have access to responses as it supports the Industry Day. BAH has confidentiality obligations in its contract with the Government, as well as Organizational Conflict of Interest obligations that prevents BAH from bidding on the ERP+ effort. Respondents should indicate whether it desires a Proprietary Data Protection Agreement (PDPA) directly with BAH as part of its response. The Request for Information (RFI) for Industry Day is provided within this announcement as an attachment. Questions regarding this RFI or Navy ERP Plus shall be directed to the contracting officer at PMW220 ERP+ pmw220_erp_plus@us.navy.mil no later than Noon ET on 09 Oct 2024. The Government will make every effort to answer questions and post responses daily but cannot guarantee that all questions will be answered before the RFI response submission deadline.
